Return & Refund Policy

This policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer under German and EU law (see our Cancellation page for the full withdrawal policy).

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

 

You may return most items within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

 

- The item is unused and in its original condition

- The item is in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories included

- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

 

Please note that for hygiene reasons, glove-spoons and other food-contact items that have been unsealed, used, or have come into contact with pet food cannot be returned unless they are defective or were delivered incorrectly, as permitted by law.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

 

Contact us at info@paislibro.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item back.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval, in accordance with statutory requirements.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

 

Unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following cannot be returned, except where defective:

 

- Unsealed, used, or food-contact-exposed glove-spoons

- Made-to-order or personalized items

- Gift cards
